I started writing fallen officer names on my hat in spring of 2025. Sergeant Azcona of the Newark Police Department died during our season. The day after his death, I wrote his departmewnt and badge number on the back of my hat. Something seemless to fans, the opposing team and my teammates but a true honor for me. Working around a season ending injury, I continued to do so in the fall of 2025. In November, I decided to take it to social media and share my mission. I opened it up to other athletes and I am proud to say that we now have over a dozen athletes and countles connections to the law enforcement community. This page is an honor and privelege to run and I can not wait to see how it grows. We are committed to fostering support for the fallen officers of the law enforcement community.
