Joining this group is big for me because my dad is both an active police officer and active military servin in the Air Force, so I have always had a patriotic bone in me. Seeing first hand how a line of duty death can affect not only the family but the community around them, is what made me reach out to this group to help spread awareness and help remember the lives and legacies of all of these officers we honor"
